My real estate career started in Nashville, TN as a mortgage lender in 1998. I spent the next 3 years learning the lending industry before moving to the title and escrow side as a licensed Title Agent. I started 1st United Title and Escrow in July of 2007 just as the real estate world started to collapse. I struggled like everyone else but I didn't give up and over the course of the next four years built my company back up from 4 closings per month up to 30. In 2011 I sold First United Title and Escrow to a large national Title Company and started a mobile signing service. This company grew until I made the decision to move to Washington and sold my book of business to another company. After moving to Yakima, WA in 2018 I went to work for Valley Title as an Escrow Agent. After four years at Valley I left and started back in lending just as interest rates started to climb and mortgage companies were laying people off. I was part of the downsizing but then received a call from the OP at Keller Williams Yakima Valley asking me to talk about becoming the new Team Leader to help coach and train agents. After a year as Team Leader I decided to get my real estate license and make my final transition to Real Estate Broker where I can use my vast experience to help people navigate all aspects of their real estate endeavors.
